Dr. Reben graduated from Hawler Medical University with a bachelor's degree in medicine and general surgery in 2007. He later fulfilled the government's requirements to become a senior house officer in urology in 2012 and worked as a general practitioner in urology from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, Dr. Reben became a member of the American Urologic Association. He was accepted into postgraduate studies in urology and earned an Arabic board degree in urology and renal transplant surgery (C.A.B.U) in 2020.
